CENTER BARNSTEAD - Al Terry, 76, of Bradenton, FL and Center Barnstead, passed away suddenly on Saturday, December 18, 2021.

Born Wendell A. Terry on July 19, 1945 in Rochester, he was the son of the late Wendell and Margaret (Jones) Terry.

Al was educated in the local schools, a graduate of Oyster River High School in Durham and went on to proudly serve his country in the United States Navy for many years until his honorable discharge in 1971. He worked for many years in plumbing before starting his own business, Al Terry Plumbing and Heating in 1976, working hard to grow his business over the years with dedication and hard work, making it a household name, until his retirement in 2003. Al enjoyed golfing, boating, traveling and the time he got to spend as a family, he cherished being a husband, father and grandfather.

He is survived by his wife Susan (Danis) Terry of Bradenton, FL and Center Barnstead with whom he shared 53 years of marriage with, children, Michael Terry and his wife Denise of Hooksett, Mary Averill and her husband Brett of Pittsfield and Michele Descoteaux and her husband Eric of Hooksett, grandchildren, Meagan Rousseau and her husband Corey, Nicholas Terry and his wife Kelly, Tori and Shelby Averill, Jake, Aidan and Summer Descoteaux.
